Stone Benchtops

At ModernLine, our designers will include stone quotes for you from our reliable suppliers based on the stone you have chosen.

Removal of existing kitchen

Careful removal of your old kitchen for you to resell it (if needed), and cart any rubbish away.

Plasterer

Repair the walls and re-cornice as necessary after your new kitchen is installed.

Plumber & Electrician

Generally, renovating a kitchen in its current location will be more cost-effective than relocating as running the new plumbing and new cables will be one of the obvious additional costs. In any case, these trades need to ensure the kitchen space is ready to receive the new kitchen (rough-in) and then return to install your new appliances and sink etc (fit off)

Tiling

With new ranges of materials, patterns and colours now available on the market, from spashbacks to floor and wall tiles the choice is broad - we can give you some direction and trial several ideas before you make a choice

Structural Work

Modern Line is a registered domestic builder, if you are planning any structural work to improve your kitchen space, eg knocking out a wall, or move a door, change a window, then we can do that.

Appliances

We can help with the purchase and selection of appliances or buythem yourself and we will fit and accomodate them in our plan

Integrated appliances can give a very sleek look to your new kitchen, however expect to pay a little more for them, plus cabinetry to incorporate them into the kitchen.
